Wilson's Snipe

Side-by-side (well, almost!) comparison with the main confusion species - Common Snipe! It was, however, also reminiscent of Great Snipe (and even Broad-billed Sandpiper!). Will print at 6x4 inches. Canon 30D, 1/640 sec, F7.1, ISO 250, 300 mm IS USM & 1.4 Extender II.
