North Spitsbergen, June 2006

A sample of photos from my trip undertaken 26 June to 3 July 2006 together with friends Simon Stirrup, Tony Mills and Steve Holloway on the merchant vessel Professor Multanovskiy. This was an ambition-fulfiling trip, whose success can be measured by my strong desire to return in a forthcoming summer! All images were captured on my Canon 30D dSLR with either a 17-85 IS USM zoom lens or by digiscoping with my Kowa TSN823. The footnote to each photo explains how each shot was obtained.
